When? Where? How?

The tex-lock mate is an extension for your frame lock. It is now available in our online shop in an elegant grey and our classic black. The good piece is available in a total length of 120 cm.
And this is how it works:
The tex-lock mate does not have two eyelets at the ends like our tex-lock eyelet. The mate has a 10 mm pin at one of its ends that can be used with 80% of all common frame locks. So, as always with our security locks, you remain absolutely flexible.
Connecting
All bicycles that are equipped with a frame lock can not only be locked, but can also be fixed to a fixed object. This is important because a significant proportion of thefts occur when the bike is simply carried away.
Even if you change your bike - no problem! Of course you can simply take your mate with you and try out which frame locks it fits.

What does it look like in real life? It's simple: you take your bike and the tex-lock mate into town for a coffee. We all know - finding a parking space for your bike is sometimes a pain. But no problem, luckily your tex-lock mate is long enough. Just find a lamppost, a tree, a street sign or whatever you have in mind.
You wrap your mate around a solid object, pass the pin through the eyelet and insert it into your frame lock. Zack. Done! Off to the café! This way you can enjoy your coffee without constantly wondering if your beloved bike is really still standing.
