The special feature of tex–lock eyelet
The tex–lock eyelet is a textile U-lock extension with which you can lock your bike safely anywhere. It consists of a flexible high-tech rope with a hardened steel core and two rummerised, hardened metal eyelets at both ends of the rope.
The steel core is surrounded by three layers of textile fibers, each of which performs a specific function. This unique composite of high quality materials gives the U-lock extension saw, cut, fire and paint protection.
In combination with our ART approved shackle locks and by using the clever loop-through function, the tex–lock eyelet offers double theft protection in only one bike lock.
Doubly safe
The Loop-Through Function
With the loop-through principle you are no longer faced with the choice of which of your bike components you can connect. Use the eyelets at the end of the rope of the tex–lock eyelets to make a loop. Then use the rest of the rope and the included U-lock to secure all of your bike's major components to a solid object. This way you use the full length of your lock and avoid coming back to a wheel-less frame. Especially with wheels with quick release this is a big danger. The tex–lock eyelet bundles are security approved bike locks
The Dutch ART Foundation and the Britisch Sold Secure organisation, both independent test institutes for bike lock security, have approved the tex–lock eyelet as a safe bike lock. To ensure the approved safety rating, the flexible shackle lock extension is only available in bundle with our ART approved U-lock or X-lock. Regardless of your choice, the ART*2 quality mark applies to both shackle lock bundles. eyelet U-lock Bundle
Block your bike with the U-lock by placing the tex–lock eyelet around the frame and a solid object, before passing the smaller metal eyelet through the larger oval one and finally locking it with the U-lock on the bike. The U-lock with extension is a Sold Secure Silver approved bike lock bundle with ART2 quality mark.
eyelet X-lock Bundle
With the long and narrow X-Lock you connect your bike with ease by its rear wheel and another bike part to any solid object. The combination of the eyelet shackle lock extension and the X-lock is Sold Secure Gold approved and has the ART2 quality mark.

Three lengths, two shackle locks, six colours
The flexible U-lock extension made of fabric should meet your requirements for a safe bike lock, moped lock, motorcycle lock or scooter lock in the best possible way. Therefore, you can choose between three lengths, six different colours and the X- or U-lock.
Pure minimalist
With 80 cm length and 700 g weight, the flexible U-lock extension in size S is a light bike lock and takes up little space. Ideal if you are on your way with small luggage on your bike, moped, motorcycle or scooter in the city and only want to secure one bike component for a short visit to the store.
Genuine allrounder
The tex–lock eyelet in size M with 120 cm length and approx. 1000 g weight is versatile in use. I this size you can connect all types of bikes with at least one wheel and its frame around a solid object. For this reason, this length is our most popular variant among our textile locks.
Length miracle
The tex–lock eyelet in size L with 160 cm length and approx. 1200 g secures multiple bike components at the same time, from the front and rear wheel to the frame and other bicycle parts. Suitable for cargo bikes, bikes with long wheelbase or if you want to lock several bikes.

I have had the "eyelet" for a year. According to my opinion it is perfect, flexible and so far I have been able to attach my bike safely everywhere. Of course, nothing is safe. But I think it takes time to cut this lock. In size "M" sufficient for everyday use, shopping, work, etc. I am thinking of buying another one, in size "L". This would then go on a trip with me when I cycle through Germany. You shouldn't skimp on a good lock! And it can also be transported well with the bag.
